The Chairman of the Qatif Court: Endowment funds are concerned with the financial construction of some family members

Al-Salama also clarified that the social role of the funds is concerned with strengthening the social fabric of the family and developing the capabilities of individuals, indicating that those involved in it are all family members and sometimes the segment participating in the fund or association, in addition to the reference that is based on the basic system of the human rights entity and the conditions of the position or donor or customs and values, Pointing out that the most prominent features of this social role are the entities of the endowment family institutions, family endowment companies, family, cooperative and charitable societies.
Al-Salama indicated that the leadership role of the funds is to preserve the entity in terms of presence or influence and general advice, as it cares for those concerned with it from the people of the solution and the contract in the family, and the frame of reference that reflects family norms, values, and constitutions, pointing out that the most prominent thing that represents this role is the sheikhdom of the tribe In family councils, it also takes into account common interests and individual rights.
